The above mentioned work was started 8months ago and after not able to execute it The MCD Dept. has decided to close it down. The residents Of DESU Colony, Jain Colony were already got suffered from last 8 months Now when it was decided to close this project Only ¾ of the portion has been filled with soil and rest of the portion where two deep drains of 15meter long, 5meter wide and 5meter deep are still left open. Yester day I nearly escaped from an accident due to this drain So my humble request is to pl arrange to fill up the rest of the portion with soil in the same manner in which rest ¾ portion has been filled.
Both the drains are on the Main G T Road and it may cause of any big accident as no protection has been given as a boundary wall against these Drains.
I have also discussed the matter with Sh. Rajesh Khanna Executive engineer of this project he told to me that it will further take 3 to 4 months to solve this issue.
It clearly shows the class of work of MCD DEPT. The drain already has filled up with water and become the most suitable home for Mosquitoes. On one hand MCD dept deputed the people for checking the storage of water in the desert coolers and also punished the culprits with a fine which may be upto Rs. 1000/- . Now for this storage of water who will be held responsible and who will punish with fine
