Dirty and smelly water - flowing

I Mr. Davinder Mohan - 9811586766 wants to register complain against the dirty and smeely gutter which need to be clean as its overflow by dirty water which is coming to our lane its really very much giving dirtyness which can cause any infection to me and my family members therefore i request you to send someone immediatley to clear or instruct Mrs. Swadeshwati to clean this dirty gutter. I hope this would rectify at the earliest.
