No proper clearance

I m resident of H4/31 Bengali Colony, Mahavir Enclave, near to radhika dairy, Wish to inform you that our gali sweeper person is not coming reguarly, most of time he is absent, for this reason dustbin is full of dirtness and smellness, please change that gali sweeper person or tell him to be regularly on his duty, Also gali sweeper who do clearance of the road is not mainting proper clearance of the gali as i told him to clear the dirty water which is behind to my house he refused, why or what reason???

I m paying full monthly payment instead of this i m getting such reply its really very bad, Give some instructions to them
