Gutter blocked

Ear Sir/Madam,

This is my fourth reminder to you regarding the above subject mentioned i would like to bring to your kind notice that back side gali gutter is still blocked from the last fifteen days and the dirty water is coming to our rooms along with dirty and smelly, due to this problem i had personally visited to our area manager (sudeshwati's office) for the complain but still now no body turns up to clean the gutter, daily i visited and given written application to them one of their personal told us that what we can do if the gutter is blocked is this the answer or reply from them, I don't know why they r not turning up if they come they just time pass, sit and talk instead of wasting time they should clean the dirty gutter.

please instruct someone to take some action on them. Due to this all internal pipes are blocked we can't wash our utensils and cloths.

Note: Its more than 15 days problem is not recitifed... look this matter seriously and solve this at the earliest
