Websites being operated by Delhi Government & MCD are nothing but absolute sham/ fraud.. most of the links that should allow you to make online complaints are not activated or do not function. they have actually taken us for a ride.. they should stop taking out self congratulatry parades n concentrate on crubling civic infrastructure.
