Outgoing calls are block

Dear,

Vodofone custmor care,

Iam realy unhappy with vodofone service, when iam trying to talk with vodofone care but always i culdnt spak to care but i dont understand why this happen, and also i ahve submit my all documents but after some days my outgoing calls are blocked only after 8.00pm the phone is working till next day mornning 8.00am after again when iam trying to make calls others then outgoing calls are blocked i dont know how many days it will happen otherwise i dont want taht usless vodofone
