A large number of monkeys in M Block Saket New Delhi have made life very difficult and risky for
every body around.
M Block has only one park which is used by the residents particularly senior citizens for interaction
and morning evening walks on the walking track. The presence of monkeys has restricted all these senior citizens within indoors.
Residents dont venture to come out for fear of monkeys in the lanes, bylanes and in the park and many a times they even enter the homes to snatch any thing that interest them.
School going children to various schools in the vicinity of M Block are also exposed to the risk of monkey menace.
Is there some one in the MCD responsible for looking after this menace and put the monkeys in their respective area earmaked for them to live in peace without endangering the old and the young in the residential areas.
I suppose MCD understands that we live in a metropolitan city and not in the forest area dominated by wild life.
