Bad quality of food and cold response from staff

I went to Mc Donald outlet at Big Bazar, Raipur, Ahmedabad. on 12-8 at noon time. I ordered a Mc Chicken and Salad Sandwich. When I opened Salad Sandwich, it contained dry carrots, pieces of red cabbage and two dry tomato slices. I complained this to the man on the counter, whose name was Umang. I told him the vegetables were dry, without moisture and taste. He answered me coldly: Of course the vegetables are always dry. I described him about the natural taste and quality of vegetables we eat at home. He answered me that these vegetables are from our cold storage and are always dry. Then I ordered Mc aloo tikki. That was also dry. The patis were cold and tasteless. He Coldly behaved with me and did not replaced the product with fresh ones.

I got to conclusion that even Hawkers selling sandwiches on road dressed them with freshly cut vegetables.

Is this the standard of Food Mc Donald Served.
