Neglecting customers gas bookings

Dear Sir,

I relocated from Hyderabad to Bangalore recently, I stay at SMR Vinay Regency 502 Outer Ring Road near Ramamurthy Nagar underpass Bangalore. I got connection from Danish Gas Enterprise Banaswadi. Later when I booked for gas they said they will deliver in four days time but after 20 days when we call they say today/tomorrow and just neglecting customer. Today they said they can not deliver as my flat is close to Ramamurthy nagara. but why they accepted while taking a connection? I noticed while taking connection few people have personally came to collect the gas and they were complaining that repeated calls and reminders are went in vain and so they came personally to collect the gas. Can you please take action on Danish Enterprise so that they do their work else close the dealership permanently if they don't have interest to do the business?
