Dear sir

I booked a consiginment on 11/09/09, when i contacted to your delhi customer care no. 66111234 about the status, i spoke to Mr. Balwinder about my problem, but i dont know why he got frustrated and start using abusive language, i was very pathetic by his reaction because i dont expect these things fronm such reputed company, I think he need proper training before communicating to customer otherwise these things effect your company reputation.
