I have already paid the my previous dues on 4th of augest 2008 but now i can't use my card due to insufficient balance in my account. account statement cannot receive at anyway at this scenario i need immediate account statement by the doubt of any misuse of my card.

The HSBC card service is very poor and it takes that much delay for any transactions.
