I purchased credit through my VISA Card, in the name of account recharge for my MediaRingTalk account for PC to PC or PC to Mobile/Landline talking globaly at cheap rates. as soon as the amount of US $ 10 being debited from my CARD, they E-mailed me with Order No. MRVR 00138879 and told that the account will be updated within 15- 20 minutes. later, they E-mailed me again that they had not received (FAILED) any amount and also advised me to visit my VISA Card Issuer Bank. later i visited my Card Issuer bank, Axis Bank Ltd., Burdwan Branch for the clarification of that particular transaction. they informed me and also handed over me a receipt of the same showing the payment being made in favor of MediaRingTalk. i again contacted with the MediaRingTalk customer care and a copy of the payment receipt also forwarded to them, but they ignored the matter and again advised me to contact the Card issuer Bank like the previous E-mail. i hope anyone s help in that regard and pray for the punishment to those CHEATERS..., a copy of the Order Receipt No. of the MediaRingTalk- MRVR 00138879, Payment Receipt from my Card Issuer Bank- Cyber Receipt Date:28/07 12:37 PM
