Non settlement of claim

We have applied for reimbursment of medi claim.medi assist is tpa for new india assurance co ltd..each time they raise new query.its more than 2 months time..panel doctor raises query everytime while all the papers are with them only.patient aged 73years has to run to doctor for the papers.we requsted medi assist to inform us what papers needed by them at once..but in vain...
