Deduction of Balance from my No

Dear Sir,

My phone no. is 09760070461. I live in Moradabad west u.p.

I did not take your any service on my no. but 20 rs. are deduct from my moble from last two weeks 10 & 17 july. I am confused why the 20 rs. are deducting from my no.

I tried to contact cusomer care but i am not able to contact them. It is very bad for us that we can not contact to customer care to solve our problems.

I dialled all nos, 9897098970, 9897012345, 121 every time i follow all instructions but when i push no. 9 to talk to customer care there was no reply & call disconnect every time.

Now solve my problem & return my money. Make your system more powerfull so that every simple people can tell you their problems.
