Imedia Camcorder is not working and the company denied to give me the warranty coverage though the warranty is 1 yea

Sear Sir,

I bough a ImediaPixel TFT Camcorder through Time Shopping on 25.07.2008 vide Invoice No-Times/RO11/837 Dated 25.07.2008. On invoice campany ha mentioned the warranty coverge as 1 year from date of delivery.

My camera is not workig properly since 15 days. After my complaint for warranty coverage, the company is denying to give me the warranty coverage.

Please take the necessary action as there is no any alternative before me to take my camera foe repairing as there is no any service provider at Bhubaneswar.
