Construction of unwanted, irregular, poorly costructed multistoreyed (flats) buildings by a group of builders (mafia of property dealers) in BLOCK -A & B of CHATTARPUR ENCLAVE PHASE II. Daily a new construction of building is starting. These buildings r hazardous for the inhabitants. New flats r being constructed near mata mandir and in B-18 in A block and many others
