Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the recent bill no. 25180241 has recorded a huge bill of Rs. 65, 722/-, which is utterly impossible. There is restricted usage of Internet in our premises and no wi-fi network. Please rectify the error and instruct the system to not to disconnect the phone and services till this matter is sorted out
