We have a policy 112800/34/08/11/00006209 in myname.we have this policy for the past 8 years and are always prompt in our payment. I had to undergo a laproscopic surgery in aug and after which I had submitted all my original bills to your office, but it has been rejected saying there is no waiting peirod of 2 years. I would request you to please verify the matter again.
