Requesting to send the Pan card

Dear sir,

I was applied for Pan card in the month of January With the Acknowledgement Number 062150100003460. Still I did not got my Pan card But the Status showing that it was dispatch on 05-Feb with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) : AXQPM9119F. Please send it once again the Pan Card As early as possible. Its very necessary for my official purposes.
