It is my humble request to all Bangalorean please dont take sify broadband connection in residence. They never solve any problem. They never provide good service. There are lot of good plans but in paper.
As per the plan night is unlimited but in the night local provider power off the switch till morning 11 o clock most of the time so that you will get BB 101 error each morning. I cant book railway ticket, you cant work from home. Speed is always less than what they said. I am using sify broadband for last six months this month I am planning to chage service provider. In the day time sify customer care number (080-22289520) never recieve calls in the early morning and night time will ask you to press your mobile or land line number so that they can contact you within 1 hour and disconnect the call. But after 48 hours later also you will never get any calls from sify. Each and everymonth I have to call 15 to 20 times a month.
Dont go for sify better option is AIRTEL. or BSNL
