One of the global agency at shivaji nagar pune. Did a fruad buisness with me i want help from gov.

This agency is from TATA TELESERVICES Shivaji nagar Pune. The thing is that i made a payment of rs 500/- for my mobile bill. Agency said we will start your services in the next 1 hour howhever. So that i yet not get. I want help on it. They are using bad language on phone they are doing donkey business on the name of TATA INDICOM.. plz note that thing siriously... plz call me on 9665060452
