Corrupt office

Hi,

I want to make a complaint against a corrupt officer in your department. His name is Laxmi Chand Pal. He is deputed in Nandgram in Ghaziabad in UP. This guy takes money and alter the electric meters of people. He has done that for a number of people and for his relatives as well living in Ghaziabad.

When we complain about our electric meter running very fast, this guy told us to give money and he will slow it down. We refused to pay money and told him to file a normal complaint. He said without money nothing will be done.
