NON reciept of VPP no EP834726448

I have purchased some saries from MEERA HAST KALA KENDRA on dt. 07/06 and paid advance of RS. 1000/- against the bill amount of Rs. 2725/-. They have despatched the materials through VPP in the name of Mrs, Sadhna Butail through VPP no EP 834726448 dt. 15/06 from Chitor garh to Shimla by postal deptt..I am repeatedly contacti8ng the party over phone and they are not able to trace the where about of the VPP .

I would like to inform you that I have not recieved the VPP till now.
