Regarding road maintain and Dogs on Road

Dear Sir/Madam,

1) I am staying in HSR layout sector-2. In the 24th Main road was laid recently it was very good. Now some of the people they put a shade for Ganesh Statues and they filled with mud-spattered in middle road, after removing the shade they have not removed the mud, in the same road two places.

2) We can see some 100 plus street dogs while we pass the road, some time when we go by bike, the dogs are chasing us and coming for biting, it is more danger to the people and Kids who passing the road.

Kindly taken an Action and do the needful.
