Subject: Cheque No. 71418 for Rs. 12, 00, 000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Only) dated 28.03.2008 issued by your Bank
Dear Sir/Madam:
Please be informed that a Sale Deed Agreement between our Mehak Construction and Mr. Ayinampudi Phani Varma/Smt. A. Sindhura Varma was concluded upon consent from your bank with Loan A/C No. 39478808 and subsequently issued a Cheque No. 71418 for Rs. 12, 00, 000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Only) dated 28.03.2008. And thereupon, Flat No. 104 in Mehak Regency, Mehdi Patnam was registered in the name of the Loan Beneficiary, Mr. Ayinampudi Phani Varma/Smt. A. Sindhura Varma of 123, Ayodhya Nagar, Mehdi Patnam, Hyderabad on 2.4.2008.
Our Venture, the Mehak Construction did a lot of business with your bank for the last three years without encountering any difficulties. Unfortunately, for the first time, the amount of the above mentioned cheque issued by your bank (Cheque N o. 71418 for Rs. 12, 00, 000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Only) dated 28.03.2008 was not debited to our account till today even after a period of Seventy Days from the date of Registeration of the above mentioned Flat.
Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and see that the above mentioned amount be debited to our account along with the applicable interest at the earliest as the said beneficiary, Mr. Ayinampudi Phani Varma/Smt. A. Sindhura Varma already occupied and enjoying the estates since the day of registration i.e; 2.4.2008.
