This is bring to your Notice that, i bought a electronic torch (DP) at MERCY ELECTRONICS which have multiple brances in chennai, i bought it from the one which is in THIRUVANMIYUR, when i asked for a bill, i was refused bluntly said they wont give receipt for this item.
today i wanted to exchange the item with another for the same value again i was refused bluntly stating they cant do that, more over ended up blaming why would i buy at first place.
this is one of the very bad customer experiences i had over years now.. this is unacceptable.
more over to bring this under notice, they are not billing most of the products, they just sell like that, also they charge 2 % if we pay through card, when all other wont take that 2% for card payment...
this happens across all their brances ie., vadapalani, adyar, thiruvanmiyur and now in tambaram.
this has to be checked and arrested at the earliest to have a fair trade and good customer experince...
one of the very frustrated and unsatified consumer...
