Dear sir,
i was the employee of M/s Methodex Computer Teachnology Ltd. New Delhi.
This is to inform u that I have already sent three PF forms to the company but till date I m not getting any response from the head office and they always said that they had send the PF form but no responce from PF office side.
First PF form: sir, I had personally given my PF form to my company accountant Mr. Rakesh Kumar of M/s M.C.T.L. New Delhi on 30-06 to the head office and he said that u will get ur PF amount within 3 months, but till date i m not getting any responce.
Second PF form: sir, after this I had send a new PF form to the accountant Mr. Rakesh Kumar of M/s M.C.T.L. New Delhi on 03-03 and I got the receiving of that form by Wazirpur Industrial Area PF office on 19-04. but till date i m not getting any responce.
Third PF form: sir, again now I had send a new PF form to new accountant Mr. Sanjay Khanna of M/s M.C.T.L. New Delhi on 20-10 but till date I m not getting any information by the company side as well as ur side. When I m calling them then they said that ur form working is under process.
Now sir, this is my request to u that please settle my PF account as soon as possible and it will be very kindful to u because last 1 year I m very much worried about my PF.
