i here by declare that my self syed qutub uddin ex employee of met life india insurance co.ltd.i resinged nov.07 i was s.m lucknow branche.i send p.f withdrawl form to your H.O.office to (H.R section).

in july but now we hav'nt recive p.f amount.

kindly i request you tell me where are my p.f amount.

wha'ts the actual process.

its urgent plz revert me as soon as posibal
