I have applied for the voter id card and subsequent photographs has taken in 2007 (Photograph taken date - 15.12.07 vide token no 346041) with voter number 3811 zone 211 of pune.

Till date i haven't received ID cards (also of wife & younger brother) inspite a regular followup with TALATHI office at Bavdhan, Pune.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and very grateful if do the needful.

I have been a resident of M.S since birth.
