Dog catchers-Please help

Dear Sirs,

We reside in Gate no.3, Vijay Mandal Enclave, Kalusarai area of South Delhi. We are totally hassled by the stray dogs in our area which are about 30-40 and continously bark throughout the day and night and most of the dogs are sick which increases the disease to spread between other dogs. We have lost peaceful mornings and night due to them. Please immediately send dog catcher sqaud in our area so that we can get peace. Your promptness would never be forgotten.
