I am sahil from cochin, My aunty Mrs Raheema Jaleel is registered owner of a Hyundai Santro KL-7 BG 1614.
She has taken the vehicle from MGF showroom @ paadivattom on 31-08. The vehicle is taken by exchanging her old Maruti 800 (KL-7AF 7396) with MGF showroom. Now its the 13th month i am enquiring about the exchange offer bonus and only on this day (ie. 13-10-08) am getting the information that my bonus amout is rejected. They are telling a reason that, they had submitted the RC of exchanged M-800 after 90 days and they simply washing their hands off. And its not Mrs. Raheema jaleel's fault to submit the concerned papers at time, because all the dealing were done directly with MGF, Hyundai.
So i hope you will consider my case as a special one and will take a wise action, and will make my payment soon.
The sales officer attended is Mr. Jose and you can ask him for any other clarification.
