First of all i would request all would be hyundai owners..plaese do not buy car from MGF HYUNDAI, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI. They are blood suckers, never upto there promise (forget about custoemr service) all they are bothered about is from where all they can dig deep to the customer & get some money. Its been 3 months and i am running for the registration number. It all started form the time when DSA (WHO GOT ME THE CAR FROM THIs BLOODY SHOWROOM) told me me that i can pick my car on 31st Dec but unfortunately i couldnt reacc on time so i requersted the DSA to postpone the delivery till 2nd Jan (1st being holiday) & he agreed to it (and asked me to reach showroom by 3pm). Finally when my wife reached there on time to th ebiggest of the shock dealer said that i have to wait for 1 day & there representative was not onloy rude but highly unprofessionl. My wife had to go to there palce in gurgaon where they use to store cars & had to get the car to the place where we live (noida). This was one side of the storey. Somehow i controlled my anger but after that i kept on calling on harish in registration dept of the showroom for the number & no exzct information was provided to me & only i thing was told to me that i have to money (3000) only then i can get the registration number. I refused as i said that it was not informed to me when i bought the car & i will not be paying anythng extra. After that there was no news from the dealer end. Finally when i called tem again i was told that my documents ar enot cmplete as i have to give my documents again. I couriered my documents again to the dealer. But again no calls from there end. In the meantime i kept on trying to contact the dealer but i got no response tll the time i caught hold of Harish almost after a month of providing my documents again. This time he said tat i have to go to RTO office & whebn i reached there i was said that i ahd to get few more documents. Apart from that i was asked for money again. I had a huge problem wth the fact how long they will take in telling me that whta all documents i am supposed to produce in order to get my reg number. They didnt even put a dealer stamp on the service manual as it is extremely important to get the car serviced & i am been talked in thE TONE as if i have not bought the car but these assholes have gifted me one. right now i am frustrated upto an extent that i will get these... pay.
