I took a auto rickshaw today to go from Borivali to Jogeshwari via Link Road. The rickshaw license plate was MH-02-SA-8150. The meter was tampered. It showed a reading of 40 near D-Mart, the signal after KanchPada. We did not run into any traffic, hardly any signals. Generally the reading there shows about 32-33
Is there some place where we can maintain a list of such errant auto rickshaw drivers and then register a complaint against them. They are fleecing the customers.
