Non-delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked for a gas cylinder on 14.11.2008 bearing waiting list No.4038 with Abhinav Gas Agency, Bilaspur (Bharat Gas). But till date I have not received the delivery. It has also been noticed that cylinder has been supplied to those who have booked after 10 days of my booking. On enquiry to-day dt. 06.12.08 they have replied that there is no stock at present and the same will be supplied after getting the stock. My consumer No. is 014418.
