I am getting delayed in my insurance claim of shifting my household items

all the items were severely damaged

People who came were not able to communicate properly; they got work from us and they were simply sitting

No response from that company side seriously

They abuse us badly

Packed items were wet and damaged

We did not get the items by time

No container packing only just like that thrown
