I AM SUNITA DAGAR got mail from reserve bank on behalf of MRS. REKHA SHARMA., Foreign transferr and Remittance Department

They are asking me to pay the charge of amount 48, 200/- to transfer the fund to my account at SBI bank. fund amount is also huge I cant belive. Fund amount is 250, 000.00 pounds
Plesae let me know Is this true? and Should I pay 48, 200/-?
