Given wrong information about lottery winning

Dear Sir,

I have got one mail as on 8th September'09 that I have won a prize from microsoft/msn lottery worth 1.5 million GBP.This mail has been sent from [email protected]. they also told me to contact with James smith (claim officer) in his email [email protected] & said to give details information about me. I sent my details to James Smith email. On 11th Sept'09 I have got another mail from James Smith where he suggest me to contact with Barclays bank plc's officer sir williams ford through company email [email protected] with fulfil winner's verification form, in which I fill my bank name & a/c number also. after sending this mail I have got another mail from [email protected] very soon that you shall deposit COT (cost of transfer) amount which is Rs.32500 within 48 hours after that they transfer my prize value in my a/c. After this mail I have enquired through network & got these are fraud mails relating to prize win.

therefore I request you to take necessary step against this type of fraud organisation & send them in jail. If you can't do this tell me please where I shall do complain against theme that they will get punish?
