Ihave purchased samsung Micro wave Oven 32 LTR. 2 YRS back and same Oven not working last 2 Months and i have already lodged a complain to samsung Call centre Ref. No. 8404726579 dated 20th Aug 08 but not yet any type of attention has been given by Company.
I had call up customer service 10to 12 times to get the status. They promised a senior engineer visit to see what can be done as THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAS SPARES. That visit is still awaited and I am calling SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST EVERYDAY. and i also called to Samsung India Corporate Office Miss. Puja promissed me for solving the problem but she is also giving false promise Problem is that this SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE is a chetting INDIAN CUSTOMER . They have just a messaging system. No real link to service department. I asked for customer manager's telephone number for customer's grievance. They have same answer every time that they do not have it. Every time they have a similar answer that they would pass on the message.
