Non-receipt of AGM Reports

# MESCO Steels Ltd., has not sent me any AGM Reports of years 07 & 08, inspite of repeated reminders. I hv. also not recd., any dividend from the inception.

# MESCO floated with fanfare by Ms. Rita Singh was not properly managed initially but has now been doing well with the commissioning of blast furnaces at Kalinganagar in Orissa. But sadly MESCO has not rewarded their shareholders any return on their investments.

Through your forum, I am appealing to MESCO and Govt. governing agencies to prevail upon the Co., to give some return on our investment. I shall be glad to hear from other shareholders
