Overcharging by Shopkeepers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have complaint earlier also regarding the issue of overcharging by the shopkeepers. But no actionhas been taken till now.

Day before yesterday, i went to a shop to buy a cold drink and to my surprise he was charging 2 Rs extra. When i asked him the reason, he said extra charges are for cooling these products. I dont understand why no step has been taken till now.

You show a lots of add on television on JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO, but when we try to implement it we feel helpless. Please either donot show that you people are concerned or take actions.
