The incident came in to the light at village Jinjva, P.O. Navarevas, Taluka Idar, Sabarkantha, Gujarat, India.
The team frpm sabardairy, sabarkantha inspected the dairy collection booth at above address as all of a sudden milk quantity was increased in last three months. The team came with a checking meters and found 14 (fourteen) culprits; who added adultrated milk of buffalow (2 lit buffalow milk was mixed with four litter water) with cow milk to increase the quantity of cow milk. It is also learnt that to fetch the correct fat in the cow milk the ghee / milk powder etc were added. The milk was returned to the owners and at that the milk supplied to the dairy was much less. All the records speaks.
The dairy was supplied adultrated milk for more than 100 days. The records of milk supplied before and after the adultrated period will throw more light on the subject.
Now it is learnt that the culprits with the help of the inspectors who visited the village are settling amicabaly.
Actually what is required is that the culprits are to be booked and to be prosecuted and top priority to be given that no such incedent to occure again. Wheras it appears that everything will be settled without complain to anybody.
