Price higher against MRP

I am a resident of Gagan Vihar, Bibwewadi-Kondhwa Road, Pune. My complaint is that all retailers in this area are charging higher for half a liter of milk than the actual MRP. The actual MRP says 13.50, whereas these people charge 14 rupees. On top of it, they started arguing with me, when I questioned them on the same. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against them.
