REFUNDS OF PAYMENT OFRS.5448

This has reference to my complaint dated 21st. Oct. through you for non-redund of my payment of Rs.5448/- by Telebrand India.

I had placed an order no. 1703037 for Ab King Pro and a set of Butterfly ab on 27th Sept. for Rs.5448/- for which the payment was drawn by Telebrands on 3rd October through my credit card. Later on 10th October they confirmed of having cancelled my order for which the refund of Rs.5448/- is to still due and not yet received by me.

One Mr. Rajan from Customer Care- Telebrands talked to me and confirmed that the payment has been refunded on 12th, though the payment of Rs.5448/- has not yet been received by me from Telebrands.

Through this consumer complaint I wish to advise Telebrands to immediately refund my payment of Rs.5448/- immediately and confirm to me.
