I am an entrepruner handling milk industry .e.p.f.applied to my firm from 1-2.from the date i m regularly paying e.p.f. for my employee which are even less than 15.now e.p.f officer ask me to give back labour data from factory establish.my factory establish in 1998.is he liable as per e.p.f.law to take previous labour data entry.my firm turnover is about 2 cror.he harass me for same.please guide me.
