Dear Sir,
Please find below a mail rejection which I send to the concern autorities regarding posting a complaint against their delivery service. They are clearly given their mail ids in the website
http://dairy.maharashtra.gov.in/index.php? page=details-of-staff
Is there any way to get justice to me..
Thanks and regards,
Sudharman

Dear Sir,
I am a regular consumer of your (and not have been thinking yet, its yours but its our govt's one) favourable products. I used to buy Arey milk and drinking it by my child without any complaints since long time. Today early morning at 645am I went to buy a litre of Arey milk from a near by booth, but came back with empty hand after a quarrel with him. Instead of having plenty of Arey milk covers in his counter, the booth man was not willing to give me the brand which I required, saying that today I have to buy some other one and to be tasted those other local brands, inorder to curb the shotage (I dont know realy any shortage is there in Mumbai).
Kindly note and look into these other milk loby influences in the govt. allotted milk booths, which making your consumers in dilemma.
For your reference,
The milk booth I used to buy is: Opposite to Jangal Mangal Post office, Bhandup West,
Mumbai
Yours faithfully,
M. Sudharman
