Dear sir,
It is over a month now and although the Service Department of HP-Bangalore has taken our printer -Color Laser 4700 printer for repair, it has not yet been sent back to us. For the past one month we have been harrassed by the service engineers of HP in India, Bangalore and no action has been take to see that
the printer is repaired and given back to us, instead a lower grade of a printer with reusable consumables which are leaking has been given to us.

We are extremly frustrated with the service of HP and this is the second machine purchased from you which has this problem
