Regarding Second cylinder connection

Dear Sir/Mam

This is to bring you notice that i had taken new single cylinder connection of Bharat Gas in pune last one year back, but till date i dint recieved second cylinder which was booked during the same time, also i'm taking followup for many times they are giving me different reasons everytime.due to this i'm facing problems by single cylinder.

request you to look into this matter and sort out at the earliest.
