Dear Sir,
I purchased one Alto LXI (BS-IV) from m/s Anand Motors, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow on June 30 fitted with Minda battery. I was utterly surprised to see a minda battery in a reputed Maruti car. I verbally objected & requested to replace it by Exide / Amaron battery but I was consoled that the battery is good enough. But the above minda battery became dead during my journey within 9 months from the date of purchase giving me a lot of inconvenience & mental torture.
Through this column, I request m/s Anand Motors, Lucknow to replace my dead battery by a new Exide / Amaron battery because I lost my confidence in Minda battery fitted by the company in the car.
