NEFT Transfer Issue

I am preethi, HDFC customer, on 6th Nov i had transfer Rs.700 from My State bank account but i didnt get the money, so i posted a complint on 11th Nov. 2 days after the complint registration date, your officers told me that bank has charge Rs.700 as bank charge, without giving any information how this can be charged, i think now HDFC provide very bad service to the customes. I wish to cancel my HDFC Account.
