Info need about my Policy

Hi,

This is Mr. Lalith Pulikanti having a policy with Met Life with Policy Number-1200600216072.

My policy is not active I guess, could you please let me know the status and the related details of how to reactivate the policy or how to cancel the policy. If I reactivate the policy, how much I have to pay and if I cancel my policy, how much money I will be getting back.

Please let me know the details at the earliest.
